TEFCOLD has welcomed a new majority owner, supporting our continued growth and development across Europe.

TEFCOLD has entered a new partnership with Nordic investment company Polaris, which becomes the majority shareholder in TEFCOLD.
What does this mean for our customers?
Simply put: business as usual.
Our management team remains in place, with Jesper Kirkeby Hansen continuing as CEO. Founder Torben Christensen will continue in his current role and remain on the board.
For our customers, suppliers and employees, it is business as usual. While the ownership structure is changing, our way of working, our ambitions, and our commitment to our customers remain exactly the same. We’ll continue doing what we do best – growing together, supporting our customers, and building the future of TEFCOLD.
Building on a strong foundation
Since TEFCOLD was founded in Viborg in 1987, we have grown from a local Danish company into one of Europe’s leading providers of commercial plug-in refrigeration solutions.
The partnership with Polaris gives us a strong partner for the road ahead. Together, we will continue to invest in TEFCOLD, explore new opportunities and strengthen our presence across Europe.
