Request login – Registration in Customer Center
If requesting a login to our websites, your personal data (name, email address, company name, mailing address and phone number) is stored in our backend and automatically transferred onwards to our ERP and CRM system. From there the data will be attached to any existing customer account or a new will be created.
You can at any time ask us to delete your personal information in our ERP and/or CRM systems.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address and name that you submit to us will be stored in our backend and transferred to our CRM system, which contains our email marketing services. From there the data will be attached to any existing customer account or a new will be created.
You can always opt-out by using the unsubscribe link contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. If requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list. If you want your personal data deleted from our CRM and marketing email systems, please also send us an email requesting the removal.
Your email address and email click history will at the moment remain in our CRM and marketing mailing system, but we are working to implement the new CRM system updates, which ensures that your historic data will become anonymous.
Survey forms, contact forms and other download forms
Should you choose to participate in surveys, use the contact form or any other download forms on our sites, then your information will be stored in our backend and might be transferred to our CRM system. From there the data will be attached to any existing customer account or a new will be created.
You can at any time ask us to delete your personal information in our CRM systems.
